Statement on the Moldovan Elections

The Socialist International  wishes  a big success  to the progressive democratic forces in Moldova and to our member party , the Social Democratic European Party (PSDE) , ahead of the parliamentary elections of September 28, 2025. These elections represent a vital opportunity to strengthen democracy, social justice, and progress  and  secure Moldova’s European accession . 

We are confident in the PSDE’s vision and commitment,  in this important contest that will define in a significant way the years to come and the future of the country.
