Statement of the Socialist International on Bolivia

Socialist International (SI) expresses its concerns over the current political situation in Bolivia.

We stress on the importance of respecting the rule of law as the fundamental framework for democratic governance and foundation for development of nations across the world.

We hereby call for dialogue between Bolivia’s political parties and state authorities aiming at promoting peace and prosperity for Bolivia and the Bolivian peoples.
