The Council of the Socialist International (SI) meeting in Rabat, Morocco from December 20 to 22, 2024, regarding the conflict between the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Rwanda and after analyzing the historical and contemporary factors that fuel these tensions:
1. Welcomes the mediation efforts of our comrades in the region, particularly of the MPLA (Angola);
2. Requests the involvement of all relevant actors in favor of the Luanda peace process and reconciliation between the two countries.
