The SI Africa Committee, meeting in Niamey-Niger on 17-18 March 2013, under the chairmanship of Mr Emmanuel Golou, President- elect of the Africa Committee, with the presence of Mr Luis Ayala, Secretary General of the Socialist International, as well as many parties from Africa and Europe, expressed its gratitude and thanks to the PNDS-Tarayya and to the people of Niger for their warm and fraternal welcome.
The Committee particularly appreciated the meeting offered to participants by His Excellency Mahamadou Issoufou, President of the Republic of Niger.
