Statement on the passing of Neloumta Philomène

We deeply mourn the passing of our dear comrade Neloumta Philomène, member of the SI Finance and Administration Committee.

Active in our member party in Chad, the UNDR, and a candidate in the last elections, she dedicated her life to the collective effort for a better society. To all of us at the SI, she was always “Philomène du Tchad”.

Our heartfelt condolences to the UNDR and to her family and friends.
