The Socialist International Committee for Latin America and the Caribbean, wishing to express most strongly its solidarity with the Colombian people, will appoint a working group to draft a proposal, within 60 days, addressed to parties and governments in the region in order to contribute on all possible fronts to the peace process in Colombia.
